The Sycamore is such an interesting design; it is one of the homes that I designed for Michael's Ranch subdivision (click here to see floor plans for the Sycamore, and Michael's Ranch subdivision information).
The Sycamore features a complex elevation, with a sensitive build up of details, in pleasing proportions. The home is designed to take in the magnificent red rock views of Sedona from the back of the building, with large expanses of glass. The style of the home is southwestern contemporary with a triple rounded entry, featuring overhead vegas and glass block. My addition of the high curved architectural wall adds to the overall scale and excitement of the home.
The residence contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 10-foot ceilings and an open floor plan in the living room and kitchen give a spatial feeling. The most dramatic feature is a circular kitchen; see Michael's Ranch subdivision for floor plans. The residence is offered in two sizes with or without a fireplace.
