- In Malibu I am known by realtors and clients as "the house doctor" for my abilities to create solutions for outdated and dysfunctional buildings, through renovations/additions/interiors.
- I have a passion for sustainable design, green homes, and natural spaces. I have been responsible for creating a fully sustainable farm in Belize, Central America.
- I have successfully put together many projects and I am available for site procurement.
- I have handled the permitting process for a private helipad in Malibu.
- I often locate architectural antiques and one-of-a-kind pieces for my clients and design them into the architecture.
